All goods are checked for damage before they are sent. Beads by Aadore is not responsible for the damage of goods during transit and therefore will not accept returns of this nature.
To request for a return please email us within 3 days of receiving your goods at sales@beadsbyaadore.com.au. After acceptance of your request we will then email you with the arrangement details. The cost of return postage is at the cost of the customer.
Beads by Aadore will refund the purchase price (not including shipping and handling cost) via the payment method of the order or a store credit of the amount will be added to your account. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.
Items on sale can not be returned or exchanged.
NOTE: Due to health regulations earrings & other components designed for piercings cannot be returned or exchanged. |
